Mt. Vernon Motel Policies

• No smoking permitted in rooms!
• Check in after 2PM - Check out by 11:00 A.M.
• Holiday and weekend rates are higher.
• 3 day minimum required on Holiday weekends.
• Rates Subject to change without notice except on advance reservations that have been confirmed.
• Additional persons $18.00 per night.
• Reservations will be held 1 week to allow us time to receive deposit.
• A deposit of one day's rental is required to confirm reservation. $225 deposit on weekly offseason rentals $375 Deposit on in-season weekly rentals. (You are responsible for payment for all days you have requested.)
• No Bikes permitted in rooms or walkways (Designated areas only)
• Office Hours are 9 AM to 9:30PM. If arriving after 8PM, guests must notify the office for special Check-In Arrangements
• All overnight Guests must register at office.
• Facilities of Motel are for Registered Guests only.
• All cancellations must be received in writing. If cancellations are made 2 weeks prior, we will gladly return your deposit, less 25% for processing, if we are able to fill the entire vacancy caused by your cancellation. Deposits not transferable.
  Cancellations made under 2 weeks will forfeit deposit.
• Sorry, no pets, no credit cards
• 1 parking space per unit
• Upon check in you will need: Balance due in full, payable in either cash or travellers checks only.
• Checks accepted for deposit only, NOT for final payment
  of balance.

Our guest rooms with two queen beds and small refrigerator accommodate up to 5 persons.
